Hungerford Featured in the Calgary Herald

CALGARY — One of Calgary’s most impressive buildings has been sold to a Vancouver-based developer.

The 761,000-square-foot Haworth facility in southeast Calgary, on 18.2 hectares of land, was originally built in 1999 by Calgary entrepreneur, Mogans Smed, and has been called one of the most beautifully created office environments in the country.

The former home to Haworth manufacturing is now poised for an innovative redevelopment by Vancouver-based developer, Hungerford Properties, which has purchased the property.
