Darby's Corner

Darby’s Corner is a thoughtfully designed mixed-use community at the iconic corner of West 4th Avenue and Macdonald Street in Kitsilano. Developed in partnership by Hungerford Properties and Lightheart Properties, the project brings 68 new market rental homes and curated ground-floor retail spaces to one of Vancouver’s most beloved neighbourhoods.

Rooted in community legacy, Darby’s Corner continues the spirit of the original Darby’s Pub, a local landmark for over 45 years, while creating a vibrant new place to live, gather, and connect.
