Titan Business Park 100% Leased

Hungerford Properties is pleased to announce that the main distribution warehouse building at Titan Business Park is now 100% LEASED.

Hungerford Properties purchased Titan in 2016, a former Sears regional distribution warehouse and high-bay racking facility in Regina, SK. Extensive renovations were undertaken to transform the vacant and underutilized facility into a modern AAA Class multi-tenanted warehouse and distribution industrial facility.
