Hungerford Properties Welcomes Belairdirect to Ledgeview Business Centre

Edmonton, August 23, 2017 – Hungerford Properties is pleased to welcome belairdirect to Ledgeview Business Centre. The national insurance firm officially opened their new office space last week, bringing the building to over 76% leased.

“We are excited to welcome belairdirect into Ledgeview, and we look forward to working with them, along with our other new tenants, in the coming years, in investing and improving the building to meet tenant satisfaction,” says partner Michael Hungerford.

Belairdirect has signed a 6 year deal to lease more than 14,000 SF of office space at Ledgeview, taking up the entire 9th floor and an outdoor terrace space.

The nine-storey office and retail building in Edmonton’s Government district has been outperforming normal leasing activity in the area. Aside from belairdirect, Ledgeview will soon be home to The Butternut Tree restaurant and Vancia Cafe. Both have openings for September 1st.

Hungerford Properties purchased the Capital Place building, located at 9707 110th Street, in 2014 and invested nearly $9 million into modernizing, renovating and rebranding the building. The high-density neighborhood has had, until now, a lack of retail options in the area.
