Hungerford Properties Announces New Tenants for Titan Business Park in Regina
Posted on August 06, 2018
Two new tenants will soon be moving into Titan Business Park, bringing the total leased space in the development to over 85,400 square feet. Group Touchette, a national leader in the tire industry, has leased 27,093 square feet and Loomis, a division of TFI International, a North American leader in the transportation and logistics industry, has leased 24,230 square feet.
Both companies are doubling their space and moving from existing warehouses in Regina into the newly refurbished Titan Business Park. Hungerford’s 33-acre development, located between Park Street, Ross Avenue and the Ring Road, has transformed an aging and underutilized facility into a 176,000 square foot modern, Class A warehouse/distribution industrial facility. Other tenants in the business park include Canature Water Group and SLH Transport.
“We are now half leased at a time where the vacancy rate in Regina is increasing,” says Glen Hill, VP at Colliers International in Regina. “We are seeing a true flight to quality in the market, where these businesses get new, state-of-the-art warehouse to meet their growing needs at affordable rates. Titan is now well on its way to becoming an iconic warehouse in Regina.”
Flexible bay sizes start at 18,200 SF, with remaining space available up to 71,600 SF, featuring multiple dock loading doors and office turnkey opportunities.
“The speed at which we have leased the warehouse spaces shows the resilience of Regina’s industrial market and demand for quality warehouse space,” says partner, Michael Hungerford. “Repositioning this quality asset is good for the local economy and will help generate more economic demand in the long run.”
