First Major Tenant for Icon Business Park

CALGARY - The Icon Business Park, formerly the Haworth building in Calgary, has secured its first major tenant - Rolf C. Hagen Inc., a worldwide manufacturer of pet supplies.

The Quebec-based company is leasing 195,000 square feet in the 761,000-square-foot facility, owned by Vancouver developer Hungerford Properties, and will use the space for distribution of its products.

“We are excited to be part of the Icon Business Park,” said Hagen’s Canadian Operations Manager Peter Tohn, in a statement. “The quality and the accessibility of the building will have a positive impact on the continued development of our Western Canadian operation.”
